Module learning outcomes
Identify and critically assess the legal values, interests and responsibilities of stakeholders operating in sport.
Consider and critically analyse national, regional and international regulatory developments currently affecting sports.
Identify, discuss and critically analyse the legal implications of commercialisation of sport events.
Make use of and apply relevant authorities (statutes, case law, reports, articles etc.) from a comparative and international perspective to undertake such analysis.
