Identify and critically assess the legal values, interests and responsibilities of stakeholders operating in sport
Apply knowledge and understanding to critically examine the intersection between sport and the law in specific contexts
Undertake informed and critical research of emerging sports law issues
Make use of and apply relevant authorities (statutes, case law, reports, articles etc.), including those from a comparative and international perspective, to undertake such analysis
