Module learning outcomes

Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of core areas, international, regional and domestic Immigration and Asylum law.

Demonstrate an understanding of the social and political context in which the UK’s Immigration and Asylum System operates.

Show critical skills in evaluating the legal and policy frameworks regulating migration, including from the perspective of broader ethical, normative and political debates.

Conduct independent research using primary and secondary sources
