Demonstrate a familiarity with the key literature and academic debates on how legal frameworks apply to the internet

Evidence an understanding of internet’s history and architecture and their relationship to the law

Evidence an understanding of the legal frameworks that govern the internet and how they interact with other areas of law

Demonstrate an applied knowledge of internet law and regulation, with the ability to analyse scenarios and identify potential solutions
