As global markets and governments around the world continue to react to the US’ newly imposed tariffs, the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½Ó°ÊÓ Business School’s trade experts have been providing international media outlets with crucial insights on their implications.

The , was the stark warning for developing countries from , Director of the Centre for Inclusive Trade Policy (CITP) and Co-Director of the UK Trade Policy Observatory.  For the UK, however, the CITP’s predicted only a modest economic loss, or even a potential if a trade deal happens with the US. In an , however, the CITP and UKTPO’s highlighted the uncertainty that the tariffs have created for international trade, noting that the “effects... can be as bad as tariffs.”
